The John Hardy Group Appoints Thomas Gaffney as Director of Operations

[ATLANTA]--The John Hardy Group (JHG) is pleased to announce that it has named Thomas Gaffney, a 30 year veteran of the building industry with deep experience in hospitality development and construction, as director of operations, responsible for all aspects of JHG development management services and operations, including project consulting, multi-site projects, budget and scheduling oversight and client satisfaction.

John R. Hardy, president and CEO of The John Hardy Group, Inc. noted, “We are very fortunate to have Tom join our team. He exemplifies the JHG culture of high integrity business practices, and brings a wide range of professional expertise to complement our knowledge base and skill set.”

Prior to JHG, Tom was Partner/Senior Vice President of Prism Hotels in Dallas, Texas for a total of 15 years. Responsibilities included his involvement in evaluations for acquisitions, as well as analyzing, planning, budgeting, design and construction of new builds and renovations of numerous hotel/resort assignments. Tom was also an Owner/Partner of Gaffney & Associates, Dallas, TX, which provided project management and asset management/due diligence services to the hospitality industry. Early in his career, Tom was a project manager for the Criswell Development Company, Dallas, Texas and Harris Corporation located in Rhode Island and Texas.
