70 Park Avenue Opens after $19 Million Dollar Renovation

[ATLANTA]—The stylish and much anticipated 70 Park Avenue Hotel opened its doors recently after it’s 19 million dollar renovation.

Starting with its Park Avenue apartment design by residential designer Jeffery Bilhuber, each of the 17 floor’s 205 guestrooms offers the “wow” factor in being one of the highest tech-savvy hotels in New York. In addition to 1200 sf state-of-the-art meeting and banquet space, the hotel offers the Silverleaf Tavern, designed by San Francisco’s Puccini Restaurant Group, consisting of 84 seats in the dining room and 50 seats in the lounge and outdoor patio.
