The John Hardy Group Provides Owner's Representation Services for The 70 Park Avenue Hotel Conversion

[ATLANTA]-- 70 Park Avenue Hotel located just a few blocks from Grand Central Station in New York City is currently closed during its grand conversion to a Kimpton Boutique Hotel. The John Hardy Group, headquartered in Atlanta, is providing Owner Representation & Construction Consulting Services including on-site Project Management.

The 17- story hotel conversion consists of 205 Guestrooms / Suites and corridors as well as a complete transformation of the lobby and other key public areas including a new full-service 140 seat restaurant. This refurbishment plan began in August of 2003 and will be completed July 2004.
