The John Hardy Group Provides Owner's Representation Services for Georgia Tech's Cutting Edge $47 Million, Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center

[ATLANTA] - Georgia Tech and The Georgia Tech Foundation have completed the 252-room Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center. JHG provided Owner’s Representation Services to this very progressive and technology enhanced, eight-story Hotel and Conference Center as part of the new $195 million Technology Square Development.

This facility combines the coziness of a luxury hotel with the leading-edge amenities and technologies demanded by modern business travelers and meeting attendees.

The Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference Center offers 21,000 square feet of executive meeting space supported by the most technologically advanced equipment and upscale conference dining facilities. There is wireless and hard-wired technology throughout the Conference Center and Hotel as well as a comprehensive full-service business center.

The Georgia Tech Foundation Inc. owns the hotel, which is managed by Crestline Hotels and Resorts Inc. Architects Thompson, Ventulett, Stainback & Associates Inc. designed the hotel; the Holder/Hardin Construction team served as General Contractor and Jones Lang LaSalle, Americas Inc. was the Development Manager.
