The John Hardy Group to Provide Project Management Services for New York’s Metropolitan Hotel

[ATLANTA]-- The John Hardy Group (JHG) announced they are providing Project Management Services for the 722-room midtown Manhattan Metropolitan Hotel, recently purchased by the partnership of Goldman, Sachs & Co., Highgate Holdings and Oxford Capital Partners, Inc./Oxford Lodging Investment and Advisory Group LLC.

The plans for the Metropolitan Hotel include an immediate dramatic aesthetic transformation, which will include guest rooms, lobby and other public areas.

“We are currently in the early construction stage of this full-service, luxury hotel and are very excited to be a part of such a quality project,” says John Hardy, president of The John Hardy Group, located in Atlanta, Georgia.

In addition to its guest rooms, the Metropolitan encompasses 12,000 square feet of meeting space and concierge floors with private lounge, a fully equipped health club, gift shop, beauty salon, Lexy Lounge and the Lexington Avenue Grill restaurant and bar.
