"We have completed, evaluated or have underway over $5 billion in hotel projects. An outstanding 98% of our managed projects have been completed on time and in budget,"; stated John Hardy. "We are now taking our proven processes and are expanding them to CapX work, and the initial focus of our new service will be in our own backyard, Atlanta."
