2011 News <<BackTHE JOHN HARDY GROUP TO PROVIDE PROJECT MANAGENMENT FOR ATLANTA – (March 9) The John Hardy Group (JHG), an Atlanta-based hospitality development and development services consulting firm, recently began the initial design process for a $2 million renovation to The Ritz-Carlton in Naples, FL. In mid-October, JHG started planning for the renovation. Construction is scheduled to complete in late-September 2011. Architecture and interior design services will be provided by tvsdesign. Benjamin West will be the purchasing agent for the project. The renovation will include pre-function corridors, meeting rooms including the boardroom and public restrooms totaling approximately 18,000 square feet of space. Finishes such as carpet and wall coverings as well as art work will be replaced during the renovation. Meeting rooms will also receive audio visual and technology upgrades.
