Virgil Henry

Chief Financial Officer

Virgil joined JHG in 1994 and is currently the Chief Financial Officer responsible for the documentation and control of the development budget, funding process and payment. Virgil also serves on the Advisory Committee.

Prior to JHG, Virgil’s extensive experience includes working with ITT Rayoinier, Inc. as a controller where he was responsible for cost reporting and controls on all major Capital Projects including two large pulp mills located in Jessup, Georgia and Fernindina Beach, Florida. He was also responsible for Southeast Central Engineering Division overhead, capital budgeting and controls; management of Central Engineering Cost Department, and he oversaw all capital and maintenance projects monthly and quarterly cash forecasting. In addition, Virgil was a consultant for The LVI Group, Inc., located in New York City; and was a controller for Weyher/Livsey Constructors, Inc., and Richards & Associates, Inc., both located in Georgia.

Virgil is a graduate of West Georgia College with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting & Finance. His credentials also include completing the Creative Leadership Course.
