The Evaluation Phase

We ask questions and quantify answers. Here ownership investment goals, scope of work, budget, schedule and required quality levels are identified. We create the plan and support the vision, comprehensively presented in The John Hardy Group’s Black Book analysis.

The Definition Phase

JHG oversees the design process, contractor selection and installation approach and the coordination of all ownership, consultant, governmental modification and approvals required for final FF&E procurement, construction pricing and contract execution.

The Control Phase

We manage complexity of the construction, procurement, installation, governmental approval and our proprietary, real-time analytic tools keep our clients informed about exactly where the project and budget stand form construction start to closeout.
