Through our experience with many types of hospitality development and renovation assignments, JHG has created a management approach or methodology termed “Capital Intelligence i/X” or Cap i/X which is based on the company’s core competencies of and the abilities to Evaluate, Define, and Control.

Cap i/X is a comprehensive development services platform that, when systematically implemented under the guidance of our experienced management staff, gives the best opportunity to achieve the assignment’s objectives, create additional value, and lessen risk and uncertainty.

During the course of an Assignment, JHG will utilize and implement relevant portions of the Cap i/X Model that meets the scope of services that, as your Advocate, you would like us to perform.

The Evaluation Phase

Quantifying, identifying and validating ownership Investment goals, scope of work, budget, schedule, and required quality levels as comprehensively presented in JHG's "Black Book" through a detailed evaluation of the project needs.

The Definition Phase

Managing the design, construction and installation documentation effort and coordinate all Ownership, consultant governmental modification and approvals for final FF&E Construction pricing, and contracting.

The Control Phase

Providing detailed management of the actual construction procurement and installation process by maintaining an active day-to-day on-site involvement throughout the construction phase.  Monitoring the work, schedule and budgets and assisting Ownership with the transition from construction to operational start-up and project close-out.
