JHG will represent and advise owner/investors in relation to oversight of third party developers in executing JV or takeout type individual development opportunities and/or programs. Review of all contract documents, schedules, organizational capabilities and monitoring and reporting as it relates to compliance with owner/investor requirements through the redevelopment or assignment period to completion.
