The John Hardy Group's approach to managing the construction process also follows our Capital Intelligent i/X of Evaluate, Define and Control.  The Construction Management role is similar to that of a General Contractor whereas, JHG is directly responsible for the management of individual construction subcontracts, trades and / or vendors.

JHG maintains an active day-to-day on-site involvement throughout the construction phase.  Monitoring the work, schedule and budgets and assisting Ownership with the transition from construction to operational start-up and project close-out.
