Change Management
JHG has saved our clients millions of dollars in change orders, even on jobs where JHG was retained solely to review and negotiate change orders. Our specialists review and evaluate all change items, taking into consideration numerous items such as:
- Executed contract with the general contractor
- All subcontracts
- Bid schedule and subsequent monthly progress schedules
- Bid drawings and specifications
- All addendums
- Post bid clarifications
- Any contract unit pricing
- All RFIs, Directives, and Change Orders
- Any bonds
For each change order and request, JHG establishes validity, reasons, and course of action required. We prioritize change orders and based on our client’s objectives, then diligently negotiate with the relevant parties.
