The Hardy Group has been managing newly constructed facilities at the Orlando World Center Marriott for the past three years, inclusive of the new River Falls Aquatics Park and 59,500 sq. feet of newly added meeting space. Located on 200 acres near Walt Disney World, HARDY recently completed a major redevelopment to its existing adult pool, following the design developed by Martin Aquatic and WhiteWater West. The resort debuted its River Falls Waterpark, a combined pool amenity featuring an iconic slide tower that empties riders into a plunge pool before joining a 575-foot-long lazy river. At a height of 50 feet, the slide tower features three innertube slides, with thrilling elements: a Boomerango, dives into 425 feet of fast-paced action highlighted by a rounded element that launches riders 20-feet upward, where they are ricocheted left and right; the Aquasphere, a 498 feet enclosed slide comprised of dips, twists, and turns features a dark ride with a large drop down into a watery finale; and the Tailspin, the longest of the three slides at a whopping 525 feet, funnels riders into an enclosed tail spin element, with glimpses of the sky as passengers hurtle through open-air tubes toward the bottom and a plunge into the splash pool.

An aqua playground featuring bubbling nozzles and two vertical, leaf-themed, rain-shower-style spray elements. Swimmers can relax and unwind in lazy river through an adjacent 400,000 gallon zero-entry lagoon-style heated pool. River Falls also features cabanas for rent, hammocks and a full bar designed within a shipping container. Robert Bray, general manager at Orlando World Center Marriott, said, “We are incredibly excited to add a state-of-the-art water park attraction to the extensive list of new and recently renovated offerings at Orlando World Center Marriott. River Falls water park makes our hotel the destination in Orlando for families, couples, or those on property for meetings and conventions.”

In May 2022, The HARDY team also completed the construction of 59,500 sq. feet of meeting space. The newly constructed meeting room expansion includes eight rooms (divisible by three) totaling 29,400 sq. feet. Four of the rooms have full width exterior window walls for natural light. The build also included 19,800 sq. feet of newly constructed pre-function space.
