Alex Wadding

Alex joined The Hardy Group in 2016 as a Project Administrator and quickly advanced to the role of Project Manager. Since joining the firm, he has played a critical role in supporting one of The Hardy Group’s most significant long-term projects, the JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort in Marco Island, FL.

Alex has been deeply involved in the ongoing evolution of the property, helping to oversee a wide range of renovations, restorations, and operational improvements that have shaped the resort over the past several years. Through the past 10 years on property, Alex has become essential to the ownership and operations teams.

Prior to joining HARDY, Alex worked for M6 Technologies managing around 100 small business’ IT infrastructure as well as completing low voltage and fiber installation in and around Pittsburgh, PA.

Alex graduated from Pittsburgh Technical Institute with an associate degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Network Administration.
