Alexandra joined The Hardy Group in 2022 as a Project Director. She is a LEED Accredited Professional with Building, Design, and Construction expertise. Since joining The Hardy Group she has worked on extensive renovations at the Monterey Tides Hotel in Monterey, CA, New York City Courtyard Time Square West in New York City, NY, and Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort in Hilton Head, SC.

Prior to joining HARDY, Alexandra served as a Complex Operations Project Manager for Highgate Hotels, property-level acting as the executive operations liaison between all operations and financial departments at three hotels in New York City. She managed Capital Expenditure-Budget, as well as basic IT, accounting, revenue management, guest relations, front office. Additionally, she worked closely with all department heads and coordinated between management and ownership groups for optimization of hotel revenue, operations, and construction.

While at Highgate, she was responsible for all capital improvement projects management and finance for the contractors and vendors for three hotels, from minor hotel room repairs and chiller plant refurbishment to a $2 million hotel bar renovation and $3 million basement whitebox project, while maintaining multiple ongoing projects. Additionally, she was responsible for all capital improvement projects budgets and accounting paperwork; managing and updating all Local Law requirements and DOB Coordination (violations and corrective work) for basic building management at the three properties.

Prior to working for Highgate, she served as an Assistant Project Manager/LEED Coordinator for Clune Construction Co.; Assistant Project Manager for Americon Construction Inc.; CFO/Project Manager for The Mulberry Group Construction; and started as a Project Engineer for Peacock Construction, Inc in San Francisco.

Alexandra most recently completed the Hospitality Management 360 Masters Certificate, Asset Management Certificate, Hotel Planning and Design Masters Certificate from eCornell University. Previously she earned a Master’s of Science in Environmental Policy and Sustainability Development from The New School University, an Associates Degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management, The Cordon Bleu Program Safety and Sanitation Certification from the California Culinary Academy, and Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, with a minor in Journalism from The George Washington University.
