Brian joined The Hardy Group in 2026 as a Project Director in the New York City Office, bringing over four years of engineering and construction management experience to the firm. He is recognized for his strong technical expertise and hands-on project oversight.
As a Project Director, he is responsible for managing daily tasks including coordinating project goals, managing consultants, and developing estimates for FF&E and OS&E. He oversees the FF&E design and procurement process, ensuring that it remains within budget and on schedule, and tracks change orders alongside the On-Site Project Manager. Brian also coordinates hotel installations, assists in obtaining permits for temporary and final occupancy, supports operations for a smooth transition, and manages cost management and accounting procedures. He prepares cash flow forecasts and schedules, facilitates monthly draw and project cost reports, manages contract closeout, completes punch lists, coordinates final lien waivers, and performs other necessary project functions.

Prior to joining HARDY, Brian held the position of Senior Staff Engineer and Project Engineer at Langan Engineering and Environmental Services. In this role, he oversaw construction projects by conducting site inspections, managing subcontractors, reviewing drawings, invoices, submittals, and requests for information, monitoring schedule and budget performance. He served as an intern at Langan in the two summers prior to his full-time employment.
Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a Concentration in Construction Management and Geotechnical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology. He is also OSHA 10 Hour certified and HAZWOPER 40 Hour certified.
