Bryant Genesi

Bryant Genesi joined The Hardy Group in June 2026 as Chief Financial Officer, bringing more than 15 years of experience in finance, accounting, operations, and executive leadership. He leads the firm’s financial strategy, accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and long-term financial planning. As a member of the executive leadership team, Bryant partners closely with company leadership to support strategic decision-making, drive operational excellence, and position the firm for continued growth.

With extensive experience spanning finance, accounting, operations, business development, and organizational leadership, Bryant brings a well-rounded perspective to financial management. Throughout his career, he has successfully led organizations through periods of growth, process transformation, technology implementation, capital planning, and operational improvement. His ability to bridge financial strategy with business operations enables him to deliver practical solutions that support both profitability and long-term organizational objectives.

Prior to joining The Hardy Group, Bryant served as Finance Manager and Controller for Movius Interactive Corporation, leading financial planning, accounting operations, board reporting, and capital raise initiatives. He previously held senior leadership positions including Vice President of Finance at Mountain Express Oil Company and Director of Finance & Studio Development at Cady Studios. Earlier in his career, Bryant served as President of Capture Integration, where he led accounting, operations, sales, marketing, and business development efforts. This combination of financial and operational leadership provides him with a unique perspective on organizational growth and long-term value creation.

Bryant earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of West Georgia and remains actively involved in professional and community organizations.
