Daniel Andujar

Daniel joined The Hardy Group in 2021 with six years of preconstruction experience in commercial and industrial HVAC and post tension concrete foundations. Since joining HARDY, he spent two years working on the Highgate Portfolio, a program of approximately 200 hotels. As of December 2023, his current projects include Dallas Tribute, a retrofit of existing 8 story hotel to a 10 floor Marriott Tribute Hotel with a rooftop pool and bar; Grande Lakes Orlando, Extensive renovation of 950 Guestrooms, lobby refresh, re-concept of two restaurants, public areas, pool improvements, including water slide complex; and Cabot Citrus Farms, an extensive new build project with the first phase inclusive of 37 cottages totaling 80,000 ft, grab & go, great hall & bar, five comfort stations, 30,000 ft central services building, refurbishment of the maintenance facility, 70,000 ft clubhouse and guest rooms.

Prior to HARDY, he was a Project Manager for Tendon Systems, LLC, Atlanta, GA. He facilitated material supply and engineering support for upwards of 25 different projects at a time, coordinating manufacturing plant, drafting, and engineering operations with client needs and project schedules. Responsible for knowing and thoroughly understanding the post-tension concrete design and installation process to answer client questions and provide timely problem resolution. Daniel was an Estimator for Haven Contracting, Inc., Jacksonville, FL, responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications, and working with general contractors and outside engineers to create estimates and proposals for multi-million-dollar projects in the concrete foundations scope, specifically post-tension foundations.

Daniel graduated from Florida State College at Jacksonville, Jacksonville, FL with an Associate of Arts and Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. He was a member of Phi Theta Kappa, Honor Society.
