Project Executive

Eric joined The Hardy Group in 2014, bringing with him more than two decades of experience in real estate development, project management, and construction management. Serving as a Project Executive, he holds the responsibility for overseeing the comprehensive project management, providing leadership, and ensuring exemplary performance across all project types and services within the organization.

Since joining HARDY, Eric has provided project management services for the Renaissance Chicago Downtown Hotel, Chicago, IL; Hutton Hotel, Nashville, TN; The Ritz-Carlton, Fort Lauderdale, FL; The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Miami, FL; Crowne Plaza Atlanta Perimeter at Ravinia, Atlanta, GA; Embassy Suites Denver – Downtown/Convention Center, Denver, CO; TownePlace Suites by Marriott Nashville Downtown/Capitol District, Nashville, TN; Courtyard Marriott Nashville, Nashville, TN; Sawgrass by Marriott, Jacksonville, FL; Program Management for 61 properties, Cabot Citrus Farms, Brooksville, FL; and Signia by Hilton/Waldorf Orlando Bonnet Creek.

Prior to HARDY, Eric was Vice President of Longitude One-Eighty Inc. in Atlanta directing all construction operations, developing strategies, and recruiting and training new employees. He was Senior Project Manager for Lend Lease in Atlanta managing multi-site sector programs, collaborating with InterContinental Hotel Group with Privatized Army Lodging program that consisted of new hotel construction / renovations across all U.S. Army installations, and provided constructability reviews, value engineering, and strategic procurement services to Starwood Hotels and Resorts during the development of the Aloft and Element brands. In addition, Eric was instrumental in developing and managing the renovation of the entire Extended Stay America renovation program that consisted of complete interior and exterior renovations and rebranding of 700+ hotels across the US.

Eric received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Fitchburg State College, Fitchburg, MA. He is accredited in the Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED), Primavera P6, and completed the Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) Future Leaders Program. Additionally, he was invited and completed Future Leaders and Project Success Planning leadership courses.
