In 2023, Jessica joined The Hardy Group, bringing with her more than a decade of professional expertise, including seven years in the Hospitality Industry. Her career initially began in education but took a transformative turn in 2016 when she ventured into the dynamic realm of hospitality. Jessica’s diverse background is reflected in the various roles she has undertaken, including Senior Manager of Owner Services, Concierge and Amenities Ambassador, Lobby Concierge, and Front Office Agent. Her experience spans across esteemed organizations such as The Howard Hughes Corporation at Ward Village, Waiea at Ward Village, The Modern Honolulu, and Hilton Hotels & Resorts’ Odawara Resort & Spa.

In her recent role as Senior Manager, Owner Services at The Howard Hughes Corporation, Jessica supported the Senior Director in Construction Management and turnover phases for luxury residential towers, part of a master plan portfolio, with project costs in excess of $300M. She successfully executed Ward Village’s first turnkey ready tower, ‘A’ali’i, while avoiding supply chain issues during COVID-19 project opening. Additionally, she was the project lead for owner services and also worked on condominium towers Waiea, Ae’o, Ke Kilohana, and Victoria Place that contributed to over 1,600 market and reserved housing units in Ward Village’s master planned community.

Jessica received a Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Teaching English as a Second Language from The University of Hawaii at Manoa. Additionally, she received a Master’s degree with a focus in Human Resource Management from Shidler College of Business at The University of Hawaii at Manoa.
