Joanna Redd

Joanna joined The Hardy Group in 2023 with over 20 years of industry experience. She is an accomplished construction project manager that has proven success in leading extensive remodeling projects in diverse industries, including hospitality, senior living, and building/facilities management. In her previous roles, she has controlled all project resources, budgets, and timelines, ensured timely delivery of goals while managing quality, controls, safety, and risk management. She is an innovative problem-solving leader and responds to any issues that arise quickly and effectively while updating stakeholders on project progress as required. As of December 2023, Joanna is currently the On-Site Senior Project Manager at the The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas. The scope of the projects is inclusive of a conversion of a full service resort property from a Four Seasons to a Ritz-Carlton and an extensive renovation of 431 guest rooms in the tower and villas and new Ritz-Carlton Club, lobby bar, meeting space, and 15,000 sq ft ballroom.

Prior to joining HARDY, Joanna has served as a Senior Project Manager, National Project Manager, Capital Projects Program Manager, Project Management Consultant, and Director Design & Construction. She has worked for a variety of companies including Con-Real, Resource Commercial, Inc., G6 Hospitality, SBS Project Management, and Wyndham Worldwide. Some of Joanna’s highlights from her previous roles include: controlling a $30M operation budget for various renovation projects executed in senior living facilities, designing, implementing, and leading quarterly training programs for 40+ employees at G6 Hospitality, and advising and coordinating Wyndham construction projects with owners, architects, interior designers, developers, and contractors while ensuring compliance with brand standards. Additionally, she has managed project budgets valued up to $100 million while overseeing dozens of project teams simultaneously.

Joanna has a Bachelor of Science, with a focus in Communications and Business Management, from Northern Arizona University.
