Matthew Watters

Matthew joined The Hardy Group in 2023 with over five years of engineering experience. In his previous role with Langan Engineering, Matthew held the title of Staff Engineer and Project Engineer.

In Matthew’s role as a Project Engineer his responsibilities included, creating and managing project schedules, generating bid documents and contracts, enforcing contractual requirements and holding the construction team accountable to the highest standards, and managing day-to-day operation aspects of projects between the design and construction teams. A few notable projects Matthew worked on included Disney NYC HQ, MET Museum, New York Public Library, and JFK Terminal 1, 6/7.

Matthew earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, with a minor in Geology from the University of Arkansas and a Master’s of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
