Executive Assistant

Morgan joined The Hardy Group in 2022 as the company’s Executive Assistant. She brings exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail to support HARDY’s management. As the crucial connector between all company employees, Morgan provides administrative support such as processing and coordinate incoming communications, maintaining records, book travel needs, maintain all office supplies, coordinate weekly companywide meetings, schedule, and organize quarterly KPI operations meetings and more. She provides her knowledge to support various departments including workforce development to meticulously onboard new hires, coordinate trainings and prepare presentations.

Prior to HARDY, she has worked at JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort as the Senior Administrative Assistant – Engineering Department. Morgan handled purchase orders, paid all invoices through accounting systems, maintained the budget, set up new vendors in accordance with policy, created and maintained computer and paper-based filing systems for all project documents.

Morgan graduated from University of North Georgia with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management.
