Nathan became a part of The Hardy Group in early 2012, bringing with him considerable experience as a Project Director. Throughout his tenure at HARDY, Nathan has actively contributed to various renovation projects, notably dedicating over a decade to enhancing the Ritz-Carlton Naples Beach Resort. In 2023, he spearheaded a team that achieved a remarkable transformation at the resort. This comprehensive project involved the construction of the new Vanderbilt Tower, the creation of new outdoor spaces featuring pools, bungalows, and cabanas, and an extensive redesign of all 474 guest rooms and suites.

Nathan played a pivotal role in the transformation of the Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne, Ritz-Carlton Buckhead, the Marriott Denver Tech Center and the Orlando World Center Pool Resort Court and Slide Park, Beach Club at 1 Hotel South Beach, the public areas at Marriott Harbor Beach, the public areas at Westin Maui, and the Aquatics Park and Pool bar at Naples Golf.

Nathan has demonstrated Disaster Remediation and Restoration expertise by effectively overseeing properties requiring Disaster Recovery initiatives. In a significant milestone in 2017, Nate took charge of an extensive portfolio comprising 12 properties affected by Hurricane Irma, efficiently managing their remediation and restoration of more than $55M. While spearheading a comprehensive renovation project at the Ritz-Carlton, Naples, the property was hit by Hurricane Ian. Remediating and restoring the property was a remarkable endeavor involving the coordination and execution for rebuilding the entire lower level of the property inclusive of all the building’s critical systems, an estimated value of $275M. This assignment also included the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point restoration for $27M.

Prior to joining HARDY, Nathan spent two years at Noble Investment Group and oversaw the new build Aloft hotel at the Epicenter in downtown Charlotte. Before that he spent nine years working for Hunt Construction Group on several ground up projects that included the Hartsfield Jackson International Terminal, Ritz Carlton and JW Marriott Grande Lakes in Orlando, the Umstead Hotel in Cary, North Carolina and the Phillies Spring Training Stadium in Clearwater, FL.

Nathan received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Construction Management from Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN. He is also affiliated with the American Society of Civil Engineers.
