Patricia Chamorro

Patricia was promoted to Senior Project Director in October, 2026. Patricia joined The Hardy Group in 2023 with over 15 years of experience in hotel renovation, construction, and project management. She is a goal-oriented leader with excellent organizational and creative problem-solving skills, strong analytical and project management expertise, and a progressive approach to hotel design, construction, and project delivery.

As a Senior Project Director, her responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for clients; establishing the project vision and goals; and guiding the scope and design development while managing budgets, schedules, and capital planning through HARDY’s proprietary Capital Intelligence methodology. She provides senior-level leadership throughout the contract administration, change management, and cost control process as well as overseeing the internal and external project teams through all phases of execution.

• Renovation of pubic areas at Hilton Austin Airport in Austin, TX
• New build full-service hotel at Syracuse University Graduate Hotel in Syracuse, NY, with a three-meal restaurant, event space, and a rooftop bar and lounge
• Public space renovation at Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock in Sedona, AZ
• Guestroom and public space renovation at Hyatt Regency Greenwich in Greenwich, CT
• Renovation of public spaces and guestrooms at JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa in Phoenix, AZ
• Interior renovation program of the 725 guestrooms and Lobby space at the Lexington Hotel in New York City, NY

Prior to joining The Hardy Group, Patricia served as a Project Manager for HCPM Hospitality in Fairfield, New Jersey. Her responsibilities included full construction management, developing budgets and scopes of work to meet Hotel Brand PIP requirements and Owner-requested renovations, and managing architects, designers, contractors, and vendors. She led complex projects requiring extensive problem solving and innovative thinking, consistently delivering projects on time and on budget. Over seven years with HCPM Hospitality, she managed approximately $5 million in annual renovations across a diverse portfolio of full-service and limited-service hotels, including Hilton, Marriott, and Sheraton brands.

Patricia earned a Bachelor of Architecture from City of Technology in New York, NY, and an Associate Degree of Architecture from the College of Staten Island in Staten Island, NY. She has received OSHA 10, 30, and 60-hour Construction Safety & Health certifications and is fluent in Spanish.
