Patrick Walker

Patrick joined The Hardy Group in 2023 with over 4 years of project management experience. He specializes in project management and client services utilizing leadership, effective communication, task completion, pragmatic thinking, and a drive for excellence. Throughout his career, Patrick has held the position of Project Manager, Assistant Golf Professional, and Research Analyst. He has worked for a variety of companies, including Malone Construction, Inc., Grand Canyon University, The Boulders Resort, Breckenridge Ski Resort, and the Missouri Department of Economic Development.

• Redevelopment of The Motto Hotel by Hilton in Indianapolis, Indiana
• Public spaces renovation at the Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock in Sedona, AZ
• Renovation oversite of the 1 Hotel & Embassy Suites Nashville in Nashville, TN
• Project Director, working on The Highgate Program, a collection of approximately 150 hotels spanning from New York to California.

• Managed up to 6 projects concurrently, providing tailored service to clients, architects, and designers while coordinating with 15+ vendors. He oversaw schedule synchronization, budget management, and site execution for projects such as:
• Rebranding of Hilton properties
• Rebranding of Marriott properties
• Redevelopment of the St. Regis event spaces and residences
• Minimal décor updates
• Multi-million-dollar luxury redevelopments

Patrick received a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Missouri and a Master’s in Business Administration from Grand Canyon University.
