Robert Leonard

Bob joined The Hardy Group in 2020 with more than 25 years of comprehensive experience in construction, construction management, project management, engineering management and CAD operations. His assignments have been focused on new construction and renovation projects where he was responsible for all areas from job design to completion, including bid process, scheduling, on time job completion and budgeting. During his time with The Hardy Group he has completed projects at the Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh International Airport and TownePlace Suites by Marriott Nashville Downtown. As of December 2023, he is the Senior Project Manager at Monterey Tides and is working on the extensive renovation of 196 guestrooms, public area refresh, including food & beverage and fitness center, CAPEX improvements/repairs, parking structure and the addition of suites.

Prior to working with The Hardy Group, Bob worked for Compass Development Services, Optum Construction, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. He was involved in a variety of Hospitality projects ranging from $1.25M to $53M. Some key projects include: a complete hotel refurbishment at W Lakeshore Hotel in Chicago, IL, a complete hotel renovation at W City Center Hotel in Chicago, IL, a complete building remodel at HGU New York in New York, NY, and a complete hotel renovation at the Sheraton Hotel in New Orleans, LA.

Bob has a Bachelor of Science degree from Montclair State University. Additionally, he is a licensed residential builder.
