Sarah Shin

Sarah joined The Hardy Group in 2026 as a Project Coordinator in the Atlanta Office, bringing a strong background in real estate development and architecture.

As a Project Coordinator, Sarah is responsible for coordinating project communications, facilitating and documenting meetings, and managing the organization and execution of project deliverables from project inception through completion.

A selection of Sarah’s recent projects includes:

• Construction documentation for The Len Resort & Residences at Rabun Architects
• Design development for Silver Dollar City Resort at Rabun Architects
• The acquisition of Sonesta Simply Suites at Noble Investment Group

Prior to joining HARDY, Sarah held the role of Development Analyst at Noble Investment Group where she led project management for the office expansion, prepared feasibility studies for potential new developments, and coordinated the due diligence process and corridor renovation of a large portfolio acquisition. She also held the title of Designer at Rabun Architects where she developed Revit models for various hospitality projects and coordinated design intent with consultants, brands and owners/clients.

Sarah earned her Bachelor of Science in Architecture, Master of Architecture, and Master of Real Estate Development from Georgia Institute of Technology.
