Shane joined The Hardy Group in 2022 as a highly talented and accomplished project management professional with over 17 years of extensive experience in commercial base building and renovations of all types. He has a history of concurrently directing multiple projects to successful completion through effective management and team collaboration. Shane continually strives to produce high quality projects while adhering to a tight schedule and budget. He has expertise in management of multimillion-dollar project and is able to ensure delivery of project goals, managing project needs and critical dependencies with hands-on approach.
Shane has served a Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Owner’s Representative, and Project Engineer. He has worked for a variety of companies including JLL Project and Development Services, DRB Development Solutions, LLC, Solid Rock Advisors, HCPM, Inc./RLJ Lodging Trust, Lodgian, Inc., MHR International, LLC, and Panther Construction & Consulting, LLC. Shane has worked on a wide range of projects including commercial new builds, Hotel renovations, retail, and restaurants. Some of his key projects were: the World Center Marriott Hotel in Orlando, FL, Spring Hill Suites in Houston, TX, Residence Inn in Atlanta, GA, and the Hilton in Burlington, VT.
Shane graduated Magna Cum Laude from Strayer University in Atlanta, GA with a Bachelor of Business Administration. Additionally, he served in the United States Airforce as a Financial Auditor, Government Accounting Technician, and Accounts payable Technician.
