Travis Keele

Travis joined The Hardy Group in 2022 with 23 years of industry experience. He brings a well-rounded background across hospitality development, construction, and ownership. Over the course of his career, Travis has held roles such as Owner/Operator, Project Director, VP of Construction and Development, Project Manager, and General Contractor, contributing to a wide range of projects across the western U.S.

As a Project Director at The Hardy Group, Travis oversees all aspects of project management from pre-development through closeout. His responsibilities include managing project schedules, budgets, and consultant coordination, overseeing FF&E procurement and installations, managing contract negotiations, and ensuring the project remains on track through construction execution and turnover. He supports permitting processes, cost forecasting, vendor contracts, and construction administration while coordinating closely with onsite teams to ensure a successful and seamless delivery.

• Renovation of guestrooms and public areas at Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock in Sedona, AZ

• Full guestroom and public space renovation at Omni San Diego in San Diego, CA

• Guestroom and public space renovation at The Scottsdale Plaza Resort in Scottsdale, AZ

Prior to joining The Hardy Group, Travis served as the Owner/Operator of Blackstone Rio Group, LLC for eight years. In that role, he managed conceptual budgeting, design-phase consultant selection, general contractor coordination, and permitting for major hospitality developments. His project experience spans budgets ranging from $1 million to $135 million, including notable properties such as the Wild Horse Pass Hotel and Casino in Chandler, AZ; Scottsdale Andaz Resort and Spa; ADERO – Marriott Autograph Collection in Scottsdale, AZ; and the Holiday Inn Express in Lake Havasu, AZ.

Travis earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from BYU Idaho.
