Vicky Sempeles, AIA

Vicky joined The Hardy Group in 2021 and is a licensed Architect in Florida and holds a certification from the National Council of Architectural Registration Board. Vicky’s experience has made her an asset while working on over two dozen hotel renovation projects for the Highgate Portfolio. Prior to HARDY she worked at Baker Barrios Architects, Orlando FL, Little Diversified Architectural Consulting, Durham, NC, O’Brien Atkins Architecture, Durham, NC, Cline Design and Associates, Raleigh, NC, Davis Davis Architects, San Diego, CA, VOA Architects, Orlando, FL, Architects Design Group, Winter Park, FL., and Pich Aguilera Architects, Barcelona, Spain.

Prior to joining HARDY, Vicky managed many hospitality, commercial and residential projects. Relevant hospitality projects include, JW Marriott Clearwater, FL, Bonnet Creek Expansion for Waldorf and Signia Hotels, Lake Buena Vista, FL, AC Hotel Marriott Tallahassee, FL, and Wolfgang Puck Bar and Grill at Disney Springs, Lake Buena Vista, FL. Vicky was also the lead project architect for Durham County Courthouse Government Complex, Durham, NC, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Corporate Headquarters, Durham, NC, ResMed Corporate Headquarters, San Diego, CA, InterContinental and Vivara Hotels, San Diego, CA.

Vicky completed a Master of Architecture in 2001 from the College of Design & Construction, University of Florida and Vicenza Institute of Architecture, Italy. She also obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology, College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, University of Florida, attended the Universidad Internacional de Catalunya, Barcelona, Spain and Coral Gables High School, FL (graduate of the International Baccalaureate program).
