Voikan Jeremic

Voikan joined The Hardy Group’s Los Angeles Office in 2022 with over 25 years of experience in architecture and real estate development specializing in the management of complex projects worldwide, focusing on Europe, Canada and the USA. As a Development Manager, he is successful in negotiating contracts, conversion of project ideas and design into a valuable commercial asset, risk management, delivering a project on time and on budget, auditing of financial plans and cash flow management, preconstruction, and construction coordination and much more. Voikan has successfully planned and built a range of internationally acclaimed properties.

Prior to joining HARDY, Voikan was the Director of Design and Construction for SBE, Dakota Development and worked on The Inn at Mattei’s Tavern, Auberge Resort Collection, in Los Olivos, Santa Barbara County. Throughout his career in development management, he has worked on a variety of internationally recognized projects and brands, such as Marriott’s Luxury Collection Hotel and Residences, Four Seasons Hotel and Residence, Porto Montenegro, luxury super yacht marina and residences, as well as numerous resorts and high-rise developments in North America and Europe.

Voikan obtained a Bachelor of Architecture degree from The University of Montreal and studied abroad at Ecole d’Architecture de Paris La Seine.
