THE HARDY GROUP ANNOUNCES THE PROMOTION OF ALYSON BERGET TO SENIOR PROJECT DIRECTOR

The Hardy Group announced today the promotion of Alyson Berget to Senior Project Director, effective immediately.

“Alyson has consistently demonstrated the leadership, dedication, and expertise that are essential to delivering successful projects,” said Nathan Hall, Director of Operations at The Hardy Group. “Her ability to manage complex projects, build strong client relationships, and lead project teams has made her a valuable member of HARDY. We are confident she will continue to excel as she takes on expanded responsibilities in her new role.”

As a Senior Project Director, Alyson will provide leadership and project oversight including serving as the primary point of contact for clients; establishing project goals, scope, budgets, and schedules; managing HARDY’s Capital Intelligence process; overseeing contracts, change orders, cost management, and project reporting.

Throughout her tenure at HARDY, Alyson has demonstrated her ability to navigate complex situations, coordinate with project stakeholders, and maintain a strong focus on client objectives. Her experience and collaborative approach have positioned her to take on greater leadership responsibilities within the firm.

As Alyson steps into her new role, she will serve as the project lead for the Fairmont Dallas, overseeing project execution, coordinating with the ownership and consultant teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of the project.
