Promotion of Patricia Chamorro to Senior Project Director

THE HARDY GROUP ANNOUNCES THE PROMOTION OF PATRICIA CHAMORRO TO SENIOR PROJECT DIRECTOR

The Hardy Group announced today the promotion of Patricia Chamorro to Senior Project Director, effective immediately.

“Patricia has continued to grow as a leader since joining HARDY, taking on greater responsibility and consistently demonstrating strong judgment, accountability, and commitment to her projects,” said Nathan Hall, Director of Operations at The Hardy Group. “Anthony Legamaro, Managing Director of Hardy’s New York Office, and I have had the opportunity to work closely with Patricia as she has prepared for this next step, and we are confident she is ready to take on the expanded leadership responsibilities of a Senior Project Director.”

In her new role, Patricia will provide senior-level leadership and oversight for her project assignments. Her responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for clients; establishing project goals, scope, budgets, and schedules; managing HARDY’s Capital Intelligence process; overseeing contracts, change orders, cost management, and project reporting; and leading HARDY assignment staff.

Patricia joined HARDY in 2023 and has worked on a range of hospitality projects, including the adaptive reuse conversion of an existing office building into the 158-key Tempo by Hilton in Charlotte; renovations at Hyatt Regency Greenwich, JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa, and Hilton Sedona at Bell Rock; and the renovation of 725 guestrooms and lobby space at The Lexington Hotel in New York City.

As Patricia steps into her new role, she will continue her involvement with the Tempo by Hilton Charlotte project while taking on expanded responsibilities across her assignments.
