Luxury Residential, Resort, and Golf Developer and Operator Teams Up with The Hardy Group

The Cabot Collection, developer and operator of luxury residential, resort, and golf destinations has teamed up with The Hardy Group to launch two properties Citrus Farms, Florida and Saint Lucia, Caribbean. The two properties will continue to build upon Cabot’s legacy of excellence in golf, luxury residential offerings, and boutique resort lifestyle across each unique property, where owners and guests have exclusive access to destination-specific experiences and unparalleled quality of service.

The Hardy Group began to conduct project management services on Cabot’s first American property, Cabot Citrus Farms in early 2023. Located in the central-west region of Florida, aptly known as the Nature Coast, Cabot Citrus Farms is set across 1,200-acres of pristine natural beauty. Boasting dramatic elevation changes, sandy soil, and rolling hills canopied by towering sand pines, palmetto trees, and century-old moss-covered oaks, the unique landscape is truly enchanting. Formerly known as World Woods Golf Club, the newly acquired Cabot property will re-emerge as a vibrant destination known for incredible golf and world-class real-estate, surrounded by a serene natural landscape. Cabot Citrus Farms is set to open in early 2024 with two 18-hole golf courses, a 21-hole course, a new clubhouse and exceptional food and beverage offerings. In addition to golf, the property will offer luxury accommodations, real estate, and stellar amenities.

Continuing the partnership, HARDY was brought onboard to manage renovation and new build of the stunning property in Saint Lucia. Cabot Saint Lucia offers spectacular golf, jaw-dropping natural beauty, a master-planned residential community, and an incredible member and guest experience. Located on a spectacular 375-acre peninsula, the property will feature a magnificent Coore & Crenshaw-designed 18-hole golf course and a stunning collection of residences ranging from hillside townhomes to expansive single-family homes and customizable beachfront lots. The Cabot Point golf course is set to open in 2023, with continued additional amenities through 2024.
