Hyatt Regency Greenwich: Comprehensive Renovation in Partnership with Trinity Investments

In partnership with Trinity Investments, The Hardy Group is leading project management for the $40 million renovation of Hyatt Regency Greenwich, located in Old Greenwich, Connecticut. Formerly home to Condé Nast’s printing operations, the property is undergoing a comprehensive transformation across guestrooms, public areas, and event spaces.

The scope includes the renovation of 373 guestrooms and suites, including a new Residential Suite designed for long-term stays. All rooms have been updated with modern finishes and new FF&E inspired by the regional landscape of Connecticut and the Long Island Sound.

Public area renovations include the atrium, atrium bar, lobby, club lounge, fitness center, pool, and recreation areas. A new food and beverage program introduces Glenna’s Café & Market, Townsend bar, and the Library Lounge. The 28,000 square feet of meeting and event space is also being refreshed, including the junior ballroom and surrounding prefunction areas. Along with the existing Auditorium Classroom meeting space, which is being updated with new finishes, new AV system, and seating.

The Hardy Group is managing the project in collaboration with Curioso (Interior Design), Dyami Architecture (Architect of Record), Office of Things (Brand Strategy & Wayfinding), Burton Construction (General Contractor), Yui Design (F&B Design), and Alternate Resources (Procurement).

Remaining items—including corridor artwork, select signage, and wallcovering replacements—are scheduled for completion by mid-2025.
