For the last 15 years, Radical Innovation has worked to shift the norm in the global hospitality industry by recognizing excellence in design, architecture, travel, and industry products, through the Annual Awards Competition. Radical Innovation mobilizes innovators from around the world with the ideas to propel the hospitality and travel industries forward. The result is a creative community gathered by the same passion for innovation, introducing the dreamers to those equipped with the necessary resources to bring such concepts to life. The competition alone has awarded nearly $200,000 to pioneers in hospitality and design, but overall, Radical Innovation serves as a platform that connects and inspires.

– Professional Entry Fee US$250

– Student Entry is Complimentary

– Finalists in the design category receive hotel and travel to the awards event in NYC

– Through a blind judging process, the jury will review all submissions

– Concepts will be judged on originality, creativity, design, feasibility and quality of presentation

Professionals compete for cash prized up to US $10,000, while the Student Winner will receive US $1,500 and the opportunity for an Assistantship to the University of Nevada (UNLV) Masters Architectural Program, or a Teaching Assistantship to the University of Illinois School of Architecture, or a partial of full scholarship for a graduate degree from the NYUSPS Jonathan M. Tisch Center of Hospitality.
